I am a senior healthcare executive with extensive C‑suite leadership experience specializing in healthcare administration, operational transformation, and strategic practice growth. For more than 14 years, I have led multimillion‑dollar medical organizations through complex operational, financial, and structural improvement initiatives—building high‑performing systems, strengthening leadership infrastructure, and positioning practices for long‑term, scalable success in an evolving healthcare environment.


As President & Founder of MRC Health Consultants, I provide Fractional CEO leadership and deeply embedded operational and financial strategy. I work directly with healthcare organizations to modernize workflows, strengthen leadership, refine HR systems, enhance revenue‑cycle performance, and clarify financial planning. I also help practices leverage technology more effectively by optimizing EMR reporting, re‑engineering communication systems, implementing automation and AI to reduce administrative burden, and preparing operations for strategic growth. In partnership with industry experts, I support marketing and branding initiatives, real‑estate planning, legal and compliance alignment, risk management, IT and cybersecurity infrastructure, CFO‑level financial oversight, and supply‑chain reliability across pharmaceuticals and medical‑surgical distribution. My approach is consistent: build a practice that operates with clarity, stability, and long‑term scalability.


For ten years, I served as Chief Operating Officer of the Center for Pediatric Medicine, a multimillion‑dollar pediatric group with 16+ providers, multiple locations, and more than 70 staff. In 2024, I led the acquisition of Child Care Associates, aligning clinical operations, financial structures, and staffing during a complex transition. Across all roles, my strength has been diagnosing gaps quickly and rebuilding the operational backbone so performance improves rapidly and remains stable.


My executive capabilities span P&L stewardship, strategic planning, M&A integration, multi‑site operations, organizational design, role clarity, KPI and leadership cadence development, risk and compliance oversight, revenue‑cycle optimization, vendor and payer negotiation, patient access and call‑center redesign, EMR optimization, automation/AI utilization, and service‑line expansion. The impact is consistent: faster patient keeping quality high, access with fewer bottlenecks, clearer financials with a tighter revenue cycle, lower controllable expenses, stronger leadership habits, and repeatable systems that scale with growth.


I bring disciplined, collaborative leadership and the ability to perform under pressure. I communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and remain focused on building systems that support people, elevate performance, and ensure the highest quality of patient care.


I hold a bachelor’s in health science with a Business minor from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven.
