I am a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 14 years of leadership experience driving organizational growth, operational transformation, financial improvement, and strategic initiatives across physician practices and multi-site healthcare organizations. Throughout my career, I have focused on helping healthcare organizations strengthen leadership infrastructure, optimize operations, improve financial performance, and build scalable systems that support sustainable long-term success.
I have led complex healthcare organizations representing more than $75 million in combined revenue, delivering measurable results through operational modernization, revenue optimization, strategic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and technology innovation. My expertise spans healthcare administration, financial management, strategic planning, organizational restructuring, revenue cycle optimization, provider operations, patient access, compliance, and the implementation of AI-driven technologies designed to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
For ten years, I served as Chief Operating Officer of the Center for Pediatric Medicine, a multi-site pediatric medical group. In this role, I maintained executive oversight of clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions while supporting physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams across the organization.
Through strategic planning, operational redesign, leadership development, and business growth initiatives, I helped drive more than 300% revenue growth, significantly expand organizational capacity, and strengthen the practice's market presence. In 2024, I successfully led the acquisition and integration of Child Care Associates, overseeing the alignment of operations, staffing, clinical workflows, and financial structures during a complex organizational transition.
Today, as the President and Founder of MRC Health Consultants, I serve as a Fractional Executive and trusted advisor to physician groups, healthcare practices, and healthcare organizations seeking executive-level operational, financial, and strategic leadership. I work directly alongside providers and leadership teams to improve organizational performance, strengthen financial oversight, optimize workflows, enhance revenue cycle operations, modernize technology infrastructure, and build scalable systems capable of supporting future growth.
